At Nexvion, we want you to feel confident with every purchase.

If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, contact Nexvion Support with your order number and reason for the return. Approved returns will receive further instructions.

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
